Once a business is formed, there are annual state requirements that must be upheld to ensure an entity is active and in good standing with the state it was formed in and also in the state where foreign registration is held. For example, if an entity was formed in Wyoming, but operates in California, then this entity might hold a foreign registration in California; although, this does depend on the entity's activities. In this example, a Wyoming Annual report must be filed by s specific date and a California Statement of Information must be filed by a specific date. Our team is happy to file these annual reports on your behalf and send you filing documents upon completion for your digital records.
